CDIBA wins Restricteds

On 2 March 2023, four Glenda, Deanne, Carmel, and David from CDIBA went to Toowoomba for the Queensland Four restricted Event. After playing against other clubs in Queensland in several rounds, CDIBA won the title for the restricted event.

Caloundra Players win Golds and Bronze at Nationals for 2023

This week, 10 Caloundra players competed at Nationals at Sippy Downs. It was a great week. Lots of nail biting games. Overall Queensland came 3rd place and a number of players came home with gold, silver or Bronze. We congratulate the players from Caloundra on their wins.

Carmel and her team in winning gold in the Ladies Triples, David, Mark and Neal won gold in Gent’s Triples, David Stoker and his team won gold in Mixed Pairs, Bradley and his team won Bronze in the Gents Fours and Holly who won gold in Junior Girls Singles. Very proud of all the Caloundra players who gave there games best.

News Bus

Our new bus has arrived, took ownership of the keys Wednesday afternoon, and Lorraine was our first passenger, followed by today’s crew. The new bus comes with a sunroof, lights, phone charger and our bus even talks to the driver. The main feature for us all has to be the automatic doors.
